Learn how to incorporate podcasts into your curriculum to increase student engagement. Participants will explore the different types of podcasts and how they may be used to support the curriculum. By using a Windows® computer and microphone, participants will create and publish a podcast for enhancing a classroom lesson.

Participants will receive a Logitech microphone headset and a Creative Zen Nano Plus 1Gig MP3 player with a built-in microphone and FM radio.

Possible funding sources for this workshop include School Site Block Grant, EETT funds, or Education Technology K-12 Vouchers. RIMS CTAP is an approved professional development provider under the Education Technology K-12 Voucher program.
