RIMS CTAP trainings and services for the 2008 (Updated).
The California Technology Assistance Project of Region 10 (RIMS CTAP) is a public organization that provides a variety of professional development activities that focus on using technology tools to enhance teaching and promote learning in the classroom. The attached video podcast gives an overview of trainings and services from RIMS CTAP.
Podcasting for K-12 Educators Fall and Winter Schedule
Learn how to incorporate podcasts into your curriculum to increase student engagement. Participants will explore the different types of podcasts and how they may be used to support the curriculum. By using a computer and microphone, participants will create and publish a podcast for enhancing a lesson. Possible funding sources for this workshop include EETT funds, QEIA funds, or Education Technology K-12 Vouchers. RIMS CTAP is an approved professional development provider under the Education Technology K-12 Voucher program.
